Viral Pay Review
The Viral Pay website claims to PAY YOU $25 to sign up and can help you earn $500 a day through social media. They claim to have the ability to turn anyone with a social media account into a social media influencer.
Social media marketing is massive in today’s marketing industry and brands will pay top dollar to get celebrity and influencers to post. According to Business Insider, the top celebrities and influencers can earn $100,000s per post. In fact, the top 10 celebrities earn over $500,000 per post, with Kylie Jenner earning a reported $1,000,000 per post.
With astonishing stats like this, many people fantasize about making it big on social media. Having 100,000s of followers is now seen as a status symbol, with youngsters often obsessed with follower numbers.
So, with that in mind, it would make sense that there is a massive opportunity to make money online using social media. But it all boils down to your network and follower numbers. Can Viral Pay help you with this? Let’s take a look at what it’s all about!
What is Viral Pay About?
According to the website the premise is simple. Join Viral Pay to get your materials & affiliate links. Share your links and receive $10 per person who joins the site, then cash out. Unfortunately, it’s not that simple, you cannot make money with affiliate marketing just by plastering links all over social media. In fact, all that will lead to is pissing people off, and giving affiliate marketing a bad name. 
The sales page is plastered with several prominent brands such as McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s suggesting Viral Pay has associations with these big brands. Viral Pay claims to be an influencer network that works with these brands. I am yet to find any proof of these associations, and to be honest major brands like that don’t hide who they work with.
Viral apps don’t specifically explain how they make their money, or any campaigns they have been involved in. Just that they earn large amounts of money due to brands paying for the traffic they generate. They give you $25 to sign up, plus if people use your sign-up link, you get $10. So effectively they are forking out $35 per sign up.
To be earning enough money to support such a model you would expect them to be linked to multiple high-profile campaigns with their mentioned brands. But nothing is revealed.
The story behind this program is shaky at best. I have seen many “marketing” based schemes in the crypto space and they all outline the same story. They earn a lot of money from an unknown source to do with “Marketing” and they pay you money. Not very convincing. Let’s take a look at the members area!

The Viral Pay Members Area
Below is a screenshot of the members area. Immediately on signing up you will be credited with your $25 in earnings. As would be expected you cannot simply withdraw the $25. You need to generate at least 20 link clicks, get 5 referrals and complete 4 tasks on your task wall.
The members area is very basic. There is not really any training, just dashlets showing you your clicks, referrals, tasks and earnings. A list of the tasks you can do and what they will earn you, and links to paid surveys and apps. The various ways you can make money include
- Clicks – apparently you will be paid $2 for every click. For a reference point the average google ad click costs is between $1-$2 so they are losing money here.
- Referrals – $10 for anyone that signs up, and they get their $25 bonus, so its costing Viral pay $35 any time someone signs up.
- App Downloads – get $10 to download an app?! That pricing model doesn’t even make sense. The section that suggests $30 to download an app just reloads the page.
- Surveys – taking a survey will earn you $25, as the $30 link previously mentioned does nothing.
- YouTube Videos – They provide you the title, description and tags. All you have to do is say how great Viral pay is, and you get $50.
Quite frankly the maths on this one does add up. Viral pay apparently hands over massive amounts of money, for tasks that really wouldn’t generate then that much revenue you all. All your earnings are just dashboard dollars, they mean nothing unless you can withdraw them! So, can you? Let’s take a look at the red flags and find out.
Viral Pay Red Flags
The red flags here are self-explanatory and all follow the standard pitfalls of normal scams.
Anonymous Company & Staff
There is literally no information to be found as to who the company is behind Viral pay. No information about who created the program, when it was founded or any mention of Viral pay associations with any of the brands mentioned on the website.
For a company as large as they claim to be, the top influencer company for working with MAJOR worldwide multi billion-dollar companies, you would expect it to be very easy to find out about the company.
Legitimate companies have CEOs, publicly available company structures and countless contact points. Viral Pay has none. It’s like it’s a fake company or something!?
Fake Testimonials
What scam wouldn’t be complete without fake testimonials! Even better some of the people in the testimonials have Fivver spokesperson pages. These are paid testimonials, and these people have nothing to do with the program. They have probably never seen it or logged in.
This is such a common tactic these days that I do not actually give any weight to testimonials any more when looking at affiliate programs. It is just too easy to pay someone $100 to do a video for you.
Online Complaints – Non-Payment Issues
As I suggested before leading into these red flags all the earnings you see are dashboard dollars. A quick search on ScamGuard and TrustPilot two reputable review websites has found countless members annoyed they cannot withdraw any funds.
Various users reported that despite completing the required steps to be able to withdraw the Viral Apps system still states they haven’t. Even worse are reports of people who have completed all the steps, and the system confirms this, and they STILL cannot withdraw.
So, what’s the verdict? Are there any redeeming features in Viral Pay that I have left out that gives it a glimmer of hope?

No. There is no glimmer of hope at all here. I truly hope you landed on this page before wasting any time on this product. Fortunately, it is free so hopefully you haven’t lost any money if you have signed up.
These programs are a dime a dozen on the internet unfortunately, and new versions constantly pop up every day. They are opportunistic and take advantage of people’s desire to make some quick cash. The adage, as cliche as it sounds generally holds true. If it sounds too good to be true, it generally is.
The Viral Pay verdict? 100% SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM VIRAL PAY. Do not waste your time.
Are There Legitimate Ways to Make Money Online?
No need to be leaving empty handed. There are legitimate ways to make money online and they are actually not that difficult. Countless legitimate systems and programs exist, and they all share one thing in common. They are not get rich quick schemes.
The sad truth is, if you were looking for them, there is no such thing. Get rich quick schemes just cannot work, and DO NOT work. You will only lose your money.
