BonusJunkies Review
I started hearing about BonusJunkies a few weeks ago and a few of my regular readers had asked me about it, so I thought it was time to do a review. BonusJunkies has by their own admission been around since 2015.
According their website, BonusJunkies it the #1 Influencer network….which is such an absurd claim when Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and all the other countless social platforms exist. Perhaps they are trying to be creative by narrowing it down to just the influencer niche, but those social platforms are far more powerful even with all their social users. Not to mention the likes of companies such as Tribe created by a well known Australia TV and Radio personality. Star power goes a long way when launching a company.
They descibe themselves boldly on their website stating;
BonusJunkies has caused an uproar on all social media! Our affiliates are being paid to share their special referral link. Did we really become the #1 Network in under 10 years? YES, we’re that good. Influencers enjoy our transparency, our flexibility, and our high payouts! With us, any social media user with any size following can become a successful influencer.
So is it all true? Are they disrupting the market and providing a true solution to any influencer wanting to gain success and make a living out of their social activity? Lets take a closer look.
What Is BonusJunkies?
As I suggested earlier BonusJunkies started back in 2015, but at the time they were not known by the name BonusJunkies. Instead they branded themselves as SurveyJunkies, which according to trustpilot review has a horrible track record which is probably why they rebranded.
Interestingly they present a road map of their history since 2015, however it abruptly ends in 2018 with no more updates on what they have been doing. There road map reads as follows
SurveyJunkies 2015 – The Beginning
BonusJunkies started in March 2015 in Amsterdam with the goal of making a network where influencers could promote for advertisers. SurveyJunkies was designed to serve as the middle man to connect influencers with top corporations.
SurveyJunkies 2016 – The Uprising
We slowly began working with the biggest names on social media causing SurveyJunkies to receive national attention. We began being mentioned on top publications such as Forbes where we have been named the “#1 Influencer Earning Network”.
BonusJunkies 2017 – Forming Connections
BonusJunkies begins forming relationships and expanding the team on a national scale. Today we’re partnered with more than 300 companies to bring you the top offers we have available on our task wall.
BonusJunkies 2018 – The Awards Start Rolling In
BonusJunkies was invited to over 30 advertisement summits in the year 2018 and have won awards for our high paying offers. BonusJunkies remains to be the best network with the highest paying offers and best usability to this day.
On face value the premise looks sound and the road map paints a positive history of the company with apparently over 300 partnerships with companies, and having won multiple awards across some 30 advertising summits in 2018. Which summits and which awards? That’s anyone’s guess!
What doesn’t add up is the $500-$1000 a day income claims. They suggest they will pay you $15-$25 per user you refer. So at the lower end of the pay scale you need to refer 33-66 people A DAY to make that money or 20-40 A DAY at $25 per person. Sounds incredibly easy! Sign me up!

Who Is Behind BonusJunkies?
As with all of my reviews, one of the first things I like to take a look at is who is behind the program. In nearly all cases if there is not a public facing company or verifiable founder or co-founder, its a scam. Scammers naturally do not want to put their name out in public for those they are scamming to find.
The website offers little clues into who is actually behind BonusJunkies and if we go back and look at the old SurveyJunkies it also offers not clues – given its the EXACT same site just with a different name.
The about page doesn’t offer any information as to who the creators are other than the first section of the road map
BonusJunkies started in March 2015 in Amsterdam with the goal of making a network where influencers could promote for advertisers.
One would safely assume that if the company started in 2015, the domain would have been created in 2015…unfortunately not. BonusJunkies was created in March 2020. However perhaps they were opperating under the other domain they mention in the road map, SurveyJunkies. A quick WhoIs look up shows it wasn’t registered until October 2019.
This is an immediate red flag. Why would a legit company publicly claim beginning in 2015 when its so easy to verify they didn’t. Perhaps they operated for 4 years without a website? Seems possible in this modern age.
This coupled with the lack of verifiable founders, or a listed company behind the program is an incredibly bad sign. But lets give them the benefit of the doubt and continue with the review.
How does BonusJunkies Work?
The premise of BonusJunkies is so basic that its almost impossible to believe it is legit – mainly where does the money come from to pay you? Whenever you look at a program that offers incentives for referring people, you need to ask yourself where will the money come from that will pay me.
Legit programs and affiliate programs have physical or digital products they sell. When you sell this, you get a cut of the sale – so its pretty easy to follow the money. With BonusJunkies there is NO money to follow.
- You sign up and get a $30 Sign Up Bonus
- Refer friends and get $15 Per Referral
- Complete other tasks such as doing social referrals for BonusJunkies or complete surverys for a “Chance” to win bonus’s and $60 from BonusJunkies
After you earn $100 you can cash out. This program is exactly like many other scams I have reviewed that all offer incredibly unrealistic payouts like $2 per click and $40 just to install an app. It is almost identical to Viral Dollars with the exact same rewards. If that’s what BonusJunkies is paying you, that would mean they have to be getting more to make a profit. And I don’t know of anyone who would pay randoms over $40 to download an app.
Its free to sign up, and complete the tasks so I gave it a go, and surprise surprise no money every came of it.

The BonusJunkies Back Office
Getting started is as simple as entering your name, email and a password, and bam you have made $30 and get access to the back office. The dashboard offers and overview of your clicks, tasks completed, referrals and total earnings. You can also access your referral link here that you will get $2 for every click, and $15 for anyone who signs up. The back office also gives you access to
- Refer & Earn – you can access all your referral links and social buttons to get sign ups.
- $60 Task Wall – most of these tasks are just 5-10 minute surveys, that also give you the opportunity to win gift cards and other prizes.
- Promotional Posts – BonusJunkies images to post on your social media channels.
- $50 YouTube Videos – A task that invites you to create a YouTube Channel and upload a video, with title and description provided.
- $50 Facebook Videos – Create a 1 minute or more video and post on your facebook and earn $50.
- $50 Facebook Posts – Earn $50 by posting the provided post on your wall.
- $50 Instagram Posts – Earn $50 by posting the provided content along with an image of your choice on your Instagram.
- $50 Snapchat Videos – Post the provided videos on your snapchat store and earn $50.
- $50 TikTik Videos – Upload a TikTok video testimonial and earn $50.
- Rewards Center – The rewards center is modelled on create card reward programs and shopping points based loyalty programs. Earn points, and redeem for rewards. $1 earnt in BonusJunkes = 1 point. So yes, that’s $10,000 to get an ipad mini. Or 166 survesys. EASY.
- My Account – Basic account information, change password and security settings.
- Payments – A list of all the payments you have received (which will be none. Ever.)
- Cashout – Where you can request a cashout of your earnings.
The entire back office is a facade to make the program look more legit. All the testimonials, and social posts promoting BonusJunkies as being a legit way to make money online can all be discounted.
As you can see from the list above, they offer 6 different incentives to put up testimonials on social media an YouTube. Thus flooding the market with positive fake reviews.
BonusJunkies The Verdict – Scam Or Legit?
BonusJunkies is like the countless other fake rewards programs out there – they seek only to serve the creators. You will give away your contact information, answer multiple surveys that will collect your data all to earn dashboard money.
When you go to withdraw there will be something wrong – they cannot validated your transaction, your account is suspected of fraudulent activity just complete a few more tasks. The cashout will never come. I am yet to come across anyone who has actually had a successful pay out.
The creators benefit from collecting your data and then using this to create and sell mailing lists, contact lists and pitch other scams towards you. They also may benefit from all the surveys and tasks you do, by being the “source” of this traffic.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY you will make ANY money with BonusJunkies. My recommendation for BonusJunkies is TO STAY AWAY. It is a scam.
One Last Thing Before You Go…
I have tried so many programs and systems I have lost count. The ones that were not scams all have their strengths and weaknesses but the one that resonated the most with me, and has made me the most money, was developed by one of the 16 super affiliates, in the ClickFunnels Affiliate Bootcamp Summit, Jacob Caris.
Jacob has developed a simple 3 step system for building a super affiliate business – you could say his resume definitely shows he is cut out for the job! It is aptly named Super Affiliate Accelerator. The great thing about his system is it does not require any tech skills, and can be used from anyone to a complete beginner to a seasoned veteran.
In fact it has recently been so successful I have started to see other programs scrambled and doing damage control as students are leaving to come to Super Affiliate Accelerator.
If you are serious about building a profitable online business, and growing to become a super affiliate this program is for you. Jacob does not accept everyone however. You must be willing to put in work, and be committed to succeeding – otherwise he will turn you away. Sound like you? Click the link below to get started.
